Hunting Packages & Rates

All rates at Stillwaters Ranch include:

• Guides: Each hunter will be personally guided in one of our spacious blinds placed strategically throughout the ranch over protein stations and corn feeders. Field dressing included for animals taken.
• Blinds: All of our blinds are Texas Wildlife Supply’s Monster blinds constructed with high-quality metal exteriors, thick foam insulation, sliding windows and gun rests. They can very comfortably accommodate three adults.
• Land: The hunting takes place on approximately 500 acres of high fenced area on the ranch. Stillwaters Ranch topography assures that it is a challenging hunting environment.
  

Management Hunts are from Friday to Sunday. A package includes a total of 5 hunts over 3 days. Management bucks at Stillwaters Ranch are considered trophies to most hunters.Check out is Sunday by 12:00pm.

• Management buck hunts are $2,000.00 and include a buck, doe, and a hog(if time permits).
• While some management bucks are larger than others, management bucks will be defined as anything with antlers, at the guide's discretion, and will not exceed 130 B&C.
• Additional does may be harvested for $150/each.
• Although we don’t specifically offer guided hunts for feral hogs, in the event that a hunter would like to harvest one in addition to the animal(s) they are hunting, the fee is $150/each.

Trophy Hunt packages are from Friday to Sunday.  A package includes a total of 4 hunts over 3 days. Hunters check in on Friday at 1:00pm, hunt Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and afternoon and Sunday morning. Check out is Sunday by 12:00pm.

• It is $2,000 to book the hunt.
• Trophy fees are based on size and are $150/inch over 130 B&C gross.        

Non-hunting guests are $150/day.

Not included in these rates are gratuities, rifles and/or ammunition, hunting licenses and hunter's education(if required), or sales tax.

Payment Schedules: A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.  Trophy Fees will be paid prior to departure.

Refund Policy:  Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee unless the space can be rebooked, or you have the option to transfer your deposit to another available date the following season.

Stillwaters Ranch is not responsible for loss of hunting times, lodging, any changes due to weather or actions of third parties.
